RESOLUTION NO. // ~.. .f~
WHEREAS, John Forss has applied for a subdivision of certain property
in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, legally described
in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Shorewood Planning Commission reviewed the application for
subdivision at its meeting on 6 May 1986, and recommended that the City
Council approve the subdivision subject to certain conditions;
WHEREAS, said requested division complies in all respects with the
zoning ordinance of the City of Shorewood.
NOW THEREFOR~,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City.of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the property legally described in Exhibit A above be divided
in~o two parcels, legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made
a part hereof.

2. That the subdivision is approved with the understanding that any
future subdivision of Parce1 I will be done by formal platting procedures
as prescribed by Shorewood's Subdivision Ordinance.
3. That roadway, drainage, and utility easements, copies of which are shown
on Exhibits C and D, attached, be recorded contemporaneously with this resolution.
4. That the City Clerk furnish applicants with a certified copy of
this resolution for filing with the Hennepin County Recorder.
5. That this resolution must be recorded with the Hennepin County
Recorder within 30 days of the date the resolution is certified.

lows: Commencing at a point on the West line of Section 33, Township 117
North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, distant 952 feet North
from the West Quarter corner of said section; thence East on a line perpen-.
dicular to said West line to the pOInt on intersection of said perpendicular
line with the West line of said lot, said point of intersection being
the point of beginning of the property being described; thence continuing
East along said perpendicular line to a point distant 680 feet East from
said West line of Section 33; thence deflecting right 98 degrees 20 minutes
