RESOLUTION NO. 43-86
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REMOVAL OF TURN RESTRICTION
CHRISTMAS LANE AT MILL STREET
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Council has received various com-
plaints from time to time relating to the turning re-
striction on Christmas Lane at its intersection with
Mill Street (Hennepin County Road 82).; and
WHEREAS, the Council heard testimony from a resident at the
meeting of April 28, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Council did not feel that the turning restric-
tion is warranted at said intersection.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that the Public Works Department is hereby
authorized to remove the turning restrictions on
Christmas Lane at its intersection with Mill Street
(Hennepin County Road 82).
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 28th
day of April, 1986.
