RESOLUTION NO. 36-86
RESOLUTION APPROVING
RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
SHOREWOOD OAKS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Shorewood has previously
approved the Final Plat of SHOREWOOD OAKS; and
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to enter into a Development
Agreement for the development of such plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Development Agreement attached hereto for the
development of the plat of Shorewood Oaks is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said Development Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
3. That this Resolution, together with the Development Agreement
attached hereto, shall be filed and recorded within thirty (30) days of
Developer's receipt of this Resolution.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood this 28th day of
April, 1986.
