RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS
TO CONSTRUCT
SHOREWOOD OAKS TRUNK WATERMAIN, STREET, CURB AND GUTTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council
adopted March24" 1986, a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the construction of local improvements
designated as the Shorewood Oaks Trunk Watermain, Street, Curb and
Gutter Project; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition to construct
such improvements signed by 100% of all property owners to be
assessed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, Minnesota, that:
1. Said report by the City Engineer is hereby received by
the City Council.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates is hereby designated
as the engineer for these improvements and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the construction of said improvements.
