RESOLUTION NO. 30-86
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIMPLE SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION
AND GRANTING A LOT WIDTH VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Leo Meloche and Thomas Bauman have applied for a Simple Subdivision
and lot combination of their properties located at 26140 and 26120 Birch Bluff Road,
respectively, said properties described in Exhibit A, attached; and
WHEREAS, the division requires lot width variances of 25 feet on the Bauman
property and 35 feet on the Meloche property;
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewood has approved
the lot width variances and the newly created lots as described in Exhibit B,
attached; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the two garages located on the Meloche property
must be removed within 90 days of such time as any building permit is issued for
. said property; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the applicant must file the division with the
Hennepin County Recorder's Office within 30 days of the date of certificatio~ of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this the 14th day
of April, 1986.

there terminating.
