RESOLUTION NO. 19-86
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS
TO CONSTRUCT
SOUTHEAST AREA TRUNK WATER SUPPLY AND STORAGE FACILITY
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council
adopted February 10, 1986, a report has been prepared by the
City Engineer with reference to the construction of a local
improvement designated as the Southeast Area Trunk Water Supply
and Storage Facility; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition to construct
such improvement signed by certain of the property owners to be
assessed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, that:
1. Said report by the City Engineer is hereby received
by the City Council.
