RESOLUTION NO. 15-86
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIMPLE SUBDIVISION AND GRANTING A LOT WIDTH VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Alan Yelsey has applied for a Simple Subdivision of his
property located at 5485 Grant Lorenz Road, Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, identified for tax purposes as PID 32-117-23-12-0006;
and
WHEREAS, the division requires lot width variances of 20 feet
required by the Zoning Ordinance for the two (2) lots created;
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewood has
approved the lot width variances and the newly created lots as described:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 80, Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-
Three (133), Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the recorded
plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 80; thence northerly
along the west line of said Lot 80, a distance of 200.00 feet;
thence easterly, parallel with the south line of said Lot 80, a
distance of 433.00 feet; thence southerly, parallel with said west
line, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence westerly, parallel with the
south line of said Lot 80, a distance of 433.00 feet to the west
line of said Lot 80; thence north along the west line a distance of
100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to an easement for roadway purposes over and across the westerly
15.00 feet thereof,
Also subject to an easement for drainage and utility purposes over,
under and across the northerly, easterly and southerly 10.00 feet of
the above described property.

FURTHER BE ,IT RESOLVED that the buildings located on the newly
described Parcel A must be removed by February 10, 1987, unless a building
permit has been issued for a new home on said lot prior to that time; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that any and all assessments required by the
approval of this division be accepted and paid; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the applicant must file the division
with Hennepin County Recorder's Office within 30 days of the date of
certification of this Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this the
