RESOLUTION NO. 4-86 WHEREAS, Terry O'Sullivan has applied for a subdivision of certain property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Shorewood Planning Commission reviewed the application for subdivision at its meeting on 7 January 1986, and recommended that the City Council approve the subdivision as requested; and WHEREAS, said requested division complies in all respects with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Shorewood. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the property legally described in Exhibit A above be divided into two parcels, legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Clerk furnish applicants with a certified copy of this resolution for filing with the Hennepin County Recorder. 3. That this resolution must be recorded with the Hennepin County Recorder within 30 days of the date the resolution is certified. ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 13th day of January, 1986.
