RESOLUTION NO. 94-85
RESOLUTION REQUESTING SUBURBAN HENNEPIN REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT TO
INQUIRE AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF PURCHASING THE MINNETONKA COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Shorewood City Council
that all existing facilities present at the Minnetonka Country
Club located in the City of Shorewood may be for. sale; and
WHEREAS, the Suburban Hennepin Regional Park District has expressed
interest in expanding the recreational facilities of Hennepin
County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that the City hereby requests the Suburban Hennepin
Regional Park District to inquire as to the possibility of
purchasing the Minnetonka Country Club facilities located in
the City of Shorewood to be added to the recreational facilities
owned and operated by the Park District.
ADOPTED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this
16th day of December, 1985.
