A RESOLurICN GRANTING A1VENDJID PRELIMINARY PIAT APPROVAL FOR
NEAR lVDUNl'AIN
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., (Applicant) has an
interest in certain land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to
the Council for preliminary approval of a plat to be known as NEAR
lVDUNl'AIN; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his recoomendations have been duly set forth in a Meroorandum
to the Planning <Xxnnission, dated December 12, 1985, which memorandum is
on file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Corrrnission on December 3, 1985, for which notice was duly published and
all adjacent property owners duly notified.
l'iDV, IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty
of Shorewood:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Near Mountain is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recoomendations set
forth in the City Planner's Meroorandum dated December 12, 1985, and the
terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning <Xxnnission
meeting of December 3, 1985.
