RESOLUTION NO. 86-85
A RESOLUTION .APPROVING THE DIVISION AND COMBINATION OF PROPERTIES DESCRIBED
AS LOT 10, 12, AND 13, RADISSON INN ADDITION AND LOT AREA VARIANCE
WHEREAS, Robert Siegel and Pat and Paul Aubrecht have applied for a
division and combination of their properties described as Lots 10,
12, and 13, Radisson Inn Addition, City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, identified as PID No. 36-117-23-22-0011 and
36-117-23-22-0013; and
WHEREAS, said division requires lot width variance; and
WHEREAS, said variance has been applied for;
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewood has approved
the lot width variance and approved the newly created lots
described as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 10 and that part of Lot 13, Radisson Inn Addition lying
northerly of a line drawn westerly from the southwest corner of
Lot 10, said addition, said line being perpendicular to the
westerly line of said Lot 13 and lying easterly of a line drawn
parallel with and 67.00 feet easterly measured at right angles
from the westerly line of said Lot 13 and its northerly extension.
PARCEL B
Lots 12 and 13, Radisson Inn Addition, except that part of said
Lot 13 lying northerly of a line drawn westerly from the southwest
corner of Lot 10, said addition, said line being perpendicular to
the westerly line of said Lot 13 and lying easterly of a line
drawn parallel with and 67.00 feet easterly, measured at right
angles from the westerly line of said Lot 13 and its northerly
extension.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the applicant must file the division with the
Hennepin County Recorder's Office within 30 days of the date of
certification of this Resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this the 25th day of
November, 1985.
