RESOLUTION NO. 80-85
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, has approved the request of Howard Shenehon and
Gerald Goodlund to divide their property identified for tax
purposes as PID #30-117-23-42-0005, into two (2) new parcels as described
as follows:
West
The westerly 50 feet of Lot 19 and all of Lot 20, Shady Island.
East
The westerly 50 feet of Lot 17, all of Lot 18 and all of Lot 19 except
the westerly 50 feet thereof, Shady Island.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the applicant has agreed to provide an easement for road
purposes along Shady Island Road, formerly known as Maple Lane, which
constitutes the most northerly 15 feet of the above described parcels; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the applicant has agreed to provide easements for drainage
and utilities over 10 feet of each of the side yards of the above described
parcels.
ADOPTED this, the 7th day of October 1985 by the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota.
