RESOLUTION NO. 79-85

BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached list represents the Special
Assessments to be assessed under Levy #9898 - Delinquent
Sewer Utilities, to be assessed for a term of 15 months
at 8% interest, effective October 1, 1985.
FURTHER, that the attached rolls were approved and adopted at a duly
held Council Meeting of the 7th day of October, 1985 by
the Shorewood City Council.
