RESOLUTION NO. 72-85
RESOLUTION ADOPTING COVINGTON VINE RIDGE P.U.D. SEWER CONNECTION
WHEREAS, the proposed sewer extensions for lateral services to
be located approximately 900' West of Vine Hill Road
on Covington Road by means of installing a new
manhole between existing MH 1-5 and MH 1-3, presently
owned by the United Mortgage Corporation and,
WHEREAS. the request does conform to the Comprehensive Sewer
Plan based on the Engineer's review.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood does hereby
approve the application for a permit for a connection
to the Metropolitan Sewer Interceptor for the afore-
mentioned location and,
FURTHER, that the Clerk is authorized to transmit said applica-
tion to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission.

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, this 26th day of August, 1985.
