RESOLUTION NO. 62-85

WHEREAS, Robert Picha has applied for a subdivision of certain
property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, legally
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Shorewood Planning Commission reviewed the application
for subdivision at its meeting on 7 August 1985, and recommended that the
City Council approve the subdivision as requested; and
WHEREAS, said requested division complies in all respects with the
Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances of the City of Shorewood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:

1. That the property legally described in Exhibit A above be divided
into three parcels, legally described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
2. That the City Clerk furnish applicants with a certified copy of
this resolution for filing with the Hennepin County Recorder.
3. That this resolution must be recorded with the Hennepin County
Recorder within 30 days of the date the resolution is certified.

EXISTING DESCRIPTION
That part of Lot 76, Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-
Three (133), Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying North of the North line
of Lots 14 and 15, Meaker's Outlots to Excelsior, except the west
137 feet thereof.
