RESOLUTION NO. 52-85
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. John Petron representing Eileen
Saleme as owner, have applied for a division of the property
located at 4865 Suburban Drive and legally described as Lot 2,
Block 1, Minnetonka Manor, City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, P.I.D. #25-117-23-23-0006, into two parcels newly
described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, Petron Addition
Lot 2, Block 1, Petron Addition
WHEREAS, the applicants ate responsible to pay one park
fund fee for the newly created lots.
WHEREAS, the applicant accepts and will pay any additional
utility assessments that may be required due to the division of
this property.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the applicant must file the division
with Hennepin County Recorder's office within 30 days of the date
of certific~tion of this resolution.
