RESOLUTION NO. 50-85
.
WHEREAS, Mrs. William White has applied for a division of certain
property in the City of Shorewood, described as Lots 3, 5, 6, and 7,
Block 1, Ball's Addition to Excelsior, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said division requires a lot width variance of twenty (20)
feet, and the applicant has applied for said variance, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the required park dedication fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council has approved
the lot width variance and the request to divide Lots 3, 5, 6, and 7,
Block 1, Ball's Addition to Excelsior into two parcels described as
follows:
1) Lot 3, Block 1, Ball's Addition to Excelsior; and
2) Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1, Ball's Addition to Excelsior
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the applicant must file the division
with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office within 30 days of the date
of certification of this resolution.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that any additional assessments that may
be required because of this subdivision be accepted and paid.
