RESOLUTION-NO..7-43785
WHEREAS,
the final plat of WestlawnTwo has been submitted in
the manner required for platting of the land under
Shorewood City Ordinances and Chapter 462 of Minnesota
Statutes and allproce~dings have been duly conducted
thereunder and,
WHERE~~, said plat is consistant with the Shorewood Comprehen-
sive Plan, the regulations and requirements of the
laws of the State of Minnesota end Ordinances of the
City of Shorewood, and
WHEREAS, a Title Opinion has been prepared by the developer's
Attorney and reviewed by the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the developer has paid the required park dedication
fees, and
WHEREAS, the deve!loper has accepted and will pay any and all
assessments for sanitary sewer that may be concurred
due to this division; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Shorewoo~ has hereby approved the West lawn II plat
subject to the following:
1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the Certificate of Approval
on behalf of the City Council.
2. That this final plat shall be filed and recorded
within thirty (30) days of the date of the sign-
ing of the Certified Resolution by the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such execution of the Certificate
upon said plat by the Mayor and City Clerk shall be
conclusive showing a proper compliance therewith by the
subdivider, City Officials, and shall entitQ€ such plat
to be placed on record forthwith without further form-
ality all in compliance with the Minnesota Statutes and
Ordinance of the City.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 10th
