WHEREAS, the proposed sewer for service to the residence
located at 5520 Covington Road and presently owned
by Classic Homes by David Haskins. does conform to
the comprehensive sewer plan based on the engineer's
review;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood does hereby approve
the application for a permit for a connection to the
Metro Sewer Interceptor for the aforementioned, and;
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk is authorized to transmit
said application to the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Shorewood this the 22nd
day of April, 1985.
