85-022 RESOLUTION NO. 22-85 . RESOLUTION ADOPTING FIVE-YEAR PARKS AND RECREATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM - 1985 through 1989 WHEREAS, a Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Plan was adopted as part of report No. 7 of the Shorewood Comprehensive Plan, dated June 1980; and WHEREAS, SAID Comprehensive Plan, in its entirety, was adopted by Shorewood Resolution No. 89-84 on December 10, 1984; and WHEREAS, said Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Plan encompassed years 1980 through 1984; and WHEREAS, a need to update said Capital Improvements Plan was realized; and WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Administrator and Park Commission formulated and recommended approval of said updated Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Plan. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Plan encompassing years 1985 through 1989 as recom- mended by the City Administrator and Park Commission is hereby adopted. 2. That the Parks and Recreation Capital Improvements Plan as contained in report No. 7 of the Shorewood Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended. 3. That said amended Parks and Recreation Capital Im- provements Plan be forwarded to the Metropolitan Council for review.
