RESOLUTION NO. 18-85
RESOLUTION ADOPTING RALPH ROBINSON DIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood,
Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, has
approved the request of Ralph Robinson of 28190
Woodside Road to divide his property identified
for tax purposes as, P.I.D. #31=117-23-31-0003
into three (3) parcels newly described as Tracts
A, B, and C, Registered Land Survey No.
and,
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that a request for a road frontage vari-
ance has been granted for Tracts and and,
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that building setbacks will be subject
to the Zoning Ordiance requirements and the
setback from the private road easement will be,
the same as a public road setback and,
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the property owner provide and attach
a permanent road easement to his Registered Land
Survey and,
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that any and all Park Fund fees and any
additional assessments that may be required! due
to this division be accepted and that all past
and present division costs incurred by the City
be paid.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 8th day
of April 1985, by the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota.
