RESOLUTION NO. 17A-85
RESOLUTION ADOPTING SILVER RIDGE P.U.D. SEWER CONNECTION
WHEREAS, the proposed sewer extensions for lateral services to
be located at 650' SE of Ridge Road on Covington Road
at MH 1-6 and 170 W of Covington Road between existing
MH 12-2 and MH 12-1, presently owned by Wallace Dayton
and does conform to the Comprehensive sewer plan based
on the Engineer's review.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood does hereby
approve the application for a permit for a connection
to the Metropolitan Sewer Interceptor for the afore-
mentioned location and,
.
FURTHER, that the Clerk is authorized to trasmit said application
to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, Minnesota this 8th day of April, 1985.
