RESOLUTION NO.
86-84
WHEREAS, Michael S. and Daniel A. Newberg have applied for a division
of certain property in the City of Shorewood, described as Lot 276,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 135, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said requested division complies in all respects with the
Shorewood Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have dedicated easements to the City for
drainage and utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have paid the required park dedication fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council has approved
the request to divide Lot 276, Auditor's Subdivision No. 135 into three
parcels as shown on attached Exhibit A

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the applicant must file the division
with the Hennepin County Recorder's office within 30 days of the date of
certification of this resolution.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that any additional assessments that may
be required because of this division be accepted and paid.
