RESOLUTION NO. 85-84
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood hereby approves
the combination and division as requested by Clara Winters and
Susan Reid, and Ernest and Kathlyn Swanson for the properties
identified for tax purposes as PID No. 34-117-23-31-0058 located
at 23585 Yellowstone Trail, Shorewood, Minnesota, and PID No.
34-117-23-31-0057 located at 5960 Glencoe Road, Shorewood, Minnesota,
into two (2) parcels newly described as:
PARCEL A
Lot 208 and that part of the west 230.5 feet of Lot 203, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 135, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies
northerly of the following described:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 203; thence
north along the west line of said Lot 203 a distance of 170 feet
to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence
deflecting to the right 77 degrees to the east line of said
west 230.5 feet of Lot 203, and said line there ending.

PARCEL B
That part of the west 230.5 feet of Lot 203, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 135, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies southerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 203; thence
north along the west line of said Lot 203 a distance of 170 feet
to the point of beginning of the line being described; thence
deflecting to the right 77 degrees to the east line of said
west 230.5 feet of Lot 203, and said line there ending,
ALSO Lot 203, Auditor's Subdivision No. 135, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, EXCEPT the west 230.5 feet of said Lot, AND EXCEPT that
part of the east 160 feet of said Lot lying northerly of a line
drawn parallel with and 20 feet northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from a line hereinafter referred to as "Line AI', said
"Line A" being a line drawn from a point on the east line of said
lot distant 218.45 feet north of the southeast corner of said lot
to a point on the west line of said east 160 feet distant 155 feet
north of the south line of said lot; ALSO EXCEPT that part of the
east 160 feet of said lot lying southerly of said "Line A".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that utility easements have been conveyed and
registered to the City of Shorewood as requested by the Shorewood
City CounCil.
