RESOLUTION NO. ?4-J>J./
WHEREAS, the final plat of Oak Ridge Estates, Third Addition has been
submitted in the manner required for platting of the land under Shorewood City
Ordinances and under Chapter 462 of Minnesota Statutes and all proceedings have
been duly conducted thereunder; and
WHEREAS, said plat is consistent with the City Plan and the regulations
and requirements of the laws of the State of Minnesota and ordinances of the
City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the developer has installed the required streets and utilities
and a letter of credit has been submitted warranteeing the improvements for a
period of one year; and
WHEREAS, a title oplnlon has been prepared by the developer's attorney
and reviewed by the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the developer has paid the required park dedication fees and
reimbursed the City for expenses related to processing the plat and inspecting
the construction of improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood;
1. That the plat of Oak Ridge Estates, Third Addition is hereby
approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk ~re hereby authorized to execute
Certificate of Approval on behalf of the City Council.
3. That this final plat shall be filed and recorded within thirty days
of the date of the signing of the Certified Resolution by the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such execution of the Certificate upon
said plat by the Mayor and City Clerk shall be conclusive showing a proper
compliance therewith by the subdivider, City officials and shall entitle such
plat to be placed of record forthwith without further formality all in compliance
with Minnesota Statutes and Ordinances of the City.
