RESOLUTION NO. 64-84
ACCEPTING BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for
of streets for the Waterford Project, Phase 1,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the
received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Wangerin, Inc. is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into the attached contract with Wangerin, Inc. in the name
of the City of Shorewood for the improvement for the rough grading
for Phase 1 of the Waterford Project according to the plans and
specifications therefor approved by the City Council and filed in the
office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the
deposits of the successful bidder, and the next lowest bidder shall
be retained until a contract has been signed.

September, 1984.
