RESOLUTION NO. 62-84
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to make improvements for sanitary
sewer, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutters, black top streets and
necessary grading for the establishment of street right-of-ways for
Phase 1 of the Waterford Project and to assess the benefited property
for all of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood that:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc., for study and they be
instructed to the Council with all convenience be it advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of
the improvement is recommended.
