RESOLUTION NO. 59,84
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has previously approved a general
concept plan for the P.U.D. proposal for the Trivesco Project in the
City of Shorewood known as Waterford;
WHEREAS, an environmental assessment worksheet was prepared by
Trivesco;
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood is the responsible government
unit;
WHEREAS, notices were served on all appropriate agencies and
thirty (30) days have elapsed since said notices were given;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, that the attached findings of fact and conclusions are
herewith adopted by the City.
That based on the foregoing, the City determines that an
environmental impact statement is not required on the proposed
Trivesco Waterford Project.
