RESOLUTION NO. 57-24
.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, has approved the request of Albert E. Hoops,
26675 Smithtown Road, and George K. Larson, 26405 Smithtown Road, to
divide and combine their propert~es identified for tax purposes as
P.I.D. #32-117-23-31-0004 and P.I.D. #32-117-23-31-0003 into two (2)
new parcels as described as follows:
PARCEL A - (Albert E. Hoops)
that part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter, Section 32,
Township 117, Range 23, described as beginning at a point on the North
line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter distant 297 feet
East from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; thence East along said North line a distance of 297 feet; thence
South, parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the South.,...
west Quarter, a distance of 880 feet; thence West, parallel with said
North line, a distance of 297 feet; thence North, parallel with said West
line a distance of 880 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT the South
486 feet thereof, according to the Government Survey thereof.

PARCEL B - (George K. Larson)
the South 486 feet of that part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest
Quarter, Section 32, Township 117, Range 23, described as beginning at a
point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
distant 297 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter; thence East along said North line a distance
of 297 feet; thence South, parallel with the West line of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 880 feet; thence West,
parallel with said North line, a distance of 297 feet; thence North, par-
allel with said West line a distance of 880 feet to the point of begin-
ning, according to the Government Survey thereof.
ALSO
All of Lot 10, Auditor's Subdivision NO. 247, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
EXCEPT the West 594 feet thereof as measured along the North and South
lines of siad Lot 10 and EXCEPT the East 185 feet of the North 470.92 feet
of said Lot 10 as measured along the North and East lines of said Lot 10,
and also EXCEPT the South 6 feet of said Lot 10.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the applicant must file the division with Hennepin
County Recorder's office within 30 days of the date of certification of
this Resolution.

ADOPTED this, the 10th day of September, 1984, by the City Council of the City
of Shorewood, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota.
