RESOLUTION NO. 52 - P51
WHEREAS, John Von Steinbergs has applied to the Council for the
division of certain property as described in Resolution No. 25-79, and
WHEREAS, Von Steinberg is the contract vendee on said land, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved said requested division on
March 26, 1979 by Resolution No. 25-79, and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence or oversight said resolution was
not filed with Hennepin County, and
WHEREAS, it appears as though said division is appropriate in all
respects.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 25-79 is hereby ratified and reconfirmed
in all respects, and the City Clerk is directed to issue certified
copies of said Resolution to the appropriate parties.
2. That the division approved by said Resolution No. 25-79
is hereby ratified and reconfirmed as follows:
Parcel A: That part of Lot 185, Auditor's Subdivision
120 which lies westerly of a line drawn parallel with the west
line of said Lot 185 to a point on the south line of said Lot
185 distant 434.70 feet easterly from the southwest corner of
said Lot 185.
Parcel B: That part of Lot 185, Auditor's Subdivision 120 which
lies easterly of a line drawn parallel with the west line of said
Lot 185 from a point on the south line of said Lot 185 distant
434.70 feet easterly from the southwest corner of said Lot 185.
3. That this Resolution shall be filed with the appropriate
Hennepin County officials no later than October 27, 1984.
4. That the City Clerk is directed to issue certified copies of
said Resolution to the applicants.
Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of August, 1984.
