RESOLUTION NO. 51-84
WATER POLICY MOTION
The Citizens of Shorewood will obtain water by means of
individual private wells or privately owned community
wells until the Citizens demand municipal water or if
the private supply is threatened by shortage or contamination
and when the City can economically afford to provide
municipal water. This policy is not intended to prohibit
the purchase of water from existing municipal facilities
at the resident's request.
