RESOLUTION NO. 45-84

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, has approved the request of Douglas DeMalignon
to combine and divide his properties identified for tax purposes as
PID #33-117-23-41-0027 and PID #33-117-23-41-0028, into two (2) new
parcels as described as follows:
North Parcel
Lot 29 except the West 33 feet thereof, and except that part
thereof lying Southerly of a line described as follows: Commencing
at the Northwest corner of said lot; thence South along the West
line of said lot a distance of 134.66 feet to the point of beginning
of the line being described; thence deflecting left 91 degrees
29 minutes a distance of 250.08 feet; thence deflecting right
26 degrees to the Southeasterly line of said lot, and there ending,
Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-three (133),
Hennepin County, Minnesota.

South Parcel
That part of Lot 29, Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred
Thirty-three (133), Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying East of the
West 33 feet of said lot and Southerly of a line described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said lot; thence South along
the West line of said lot a distance of 134.66 feet to the point
of beginning of the line being described; thence deflecting left
91 degrees 29 minutes a distance of 250.08 feet; thence deflecting
right 26 degrees to the Southeasterly line of said lot, and there
ending.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, the applicant has agreed to donate and dedicate
to the City a public right-of-way over, under and across the West
33 feet of said Lot 29, Auditor's Subdivision No. 133 and,
ADOPTED this, the 23rd day of July, 1984, by the City of Shorewood,
Hennepin County, State of Minnesota.
