84-033 e RESOLUTION NO. 33-84 BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Shorewood hereby approves the division as requested by Irma French of 23825 Smithtown Road, Shorewood, Minnesota, property identified for tax purposes as PID #34-117-23-23-0004, into two (2) parcels newly described in the attached Exhibit A. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that a Park Fund fee and division fees be paid and any additional sanitary sewer assessments be accepted and paid.
