RESOLUTION NO. 23-84
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood hereby approves the
combination and division as requested by Thomas Hinkley and
Moore's Auto Sales for the properties identified for tax purposes
as PID# 33-117-23-13-0009 and PID# 33-117-23-13-0010 located at
24530 Smithtown Road, Shorewood, Minnesota, into two (2) newly
described parcels:
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 25, Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred
Thirty-three (133), Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the North line of the
Smithtown Road with the West line of County Highway No. 19; thence
Southwesterly along the North line of said Smithtown Road a
distance of 300 feet to a point which is the actual point of
beginning of the tract of land to be herein conveyed; thence
continuing along said North line of Smithtown Road in a South-
westerly direction a distance of 73.185 feet to a point; thence
Northerly and parallel with the West line of said County Highway
No. 19, a distance of 196.67 feet; thence Westerly on a line
parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 25 a distance of
72.11 feet; thence Northerly and parallel with the West line of
said County Highway No. 19 a distance of 182.47 feet; thence
Easterly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 25
a distance of 144.22 feet; thence Southerly a distance of 366.04
feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 25, Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-
three (133), Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the North line of the
Smithtown Road with the West line of County Highway No. 19; thence
Southwesterly, along the North line of said Smithtown Road a
distance of 373.185 feet, to the point of beginning of the land
to be described; thence Northerly and parallel with the West line
of said County Highway No. 19, a distance of 196.67 feet; thence
Westerly on a line parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 25
a distance of 72.11 feet; thence Southerly and parallel with the
West line of said County Highway No. 19 a distance of 209.77 feet,
to the North line of said Smithtown Road; thence Northeasterly,
along the North line of said Smithtown Road, to the point of beginning.
