RESOLUTION NO. 16A - 84

RESOLUTION RELEASING TAX FORFEITED LANDS FOR RESALE
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has been notified that
a piece of property identified by P.I.D. #31-117-23-12-0013
also known as Island View Road which is tax forfeited and
which has delinquent taxes and;
WHEREAS residents along that said Lot 21, Auditor's
Subdivision #367 have been notified of the land sale, and
stated no interest in accuring the ownership of said lot
and:
WHEREAS staff confirmed with Hennepin County deeds,
that easements are included in property deeds along that
said Lot 21 for the purpose of access to each of the affected
property owners and;
. BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Shore-
wood has released this property for state land sale;
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD
ON THE 9th DAY OF APRIL, 1984.
