RESOLUTION NO. 9-84
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood
unanimously supports the nomination by the City of Edina
of Wayne C. Courtney as a recipient of the C.C. Ludwig Award.
WHEREAS, Mr. Courtney bestowed his support to the
City of Shorewood on issues that were addressed with the
Metropolitan Waste Control Commission.
WHEREAS, that the City of Shorewood gratefully
appreciates his support and representation at the Board of
Directors level of the Association of the Metropolitan
Municipalities.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood supports
enthusiastically his continuing efforts to implement and
~ maintain good government in the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood
acknowledges and whole-heartedly thanks Mr. Courtney for
his contribution and long-term dedication to governmental
improvements and goals.
ADOPTED, by the City Council of Shorewood on this,
the 13th day of February, 1984.
