RESOLUTION NO. 6 - 84
A RESOLUTION TO DENY A VARIANCE REQUEST FOR A ROAD
SETBACK FOR INSTALLATION OF A TENNIS COURT.
WHEREAS, a request has been made by Rudolph Mil~er of 26710
Edgewood Road for a variance for a setback at a
distance of 44' from the platted/surfaced road and,
WHEREAS, the property is located within a R-l Zoning requiring
a 50' setback from the road, and
WHEREAS, the property consists of approximately 3.5 acres, and
WHEREAS, a relocation would eliminate a need for a variance re-
quest and
WHEREAS, the proof of hardship has not been proven and
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Shorewood has
determined by roll call vote, 4 Ayes to 1 Nay (0agne)
to deny the variance request as submitted.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
Country, Minnesota this 23rd day of January 1985.
