RESOLUTION # 5 - 84
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approves the division and combination of the
properties described as:
South 448.84 feet of the East 194.10 feet
of Lot 51, Auditor's Subdivision No. 141
PID #25-117-23-31-0023
and
That part of the East 194.10 feet of Lot
51 lying North of the South 448.84 feet
thereof, Auditor's Subdivision No. 141
PID #25-117-23-31-0024
into two newly described parcels:
Lot 51, Auditor's Subdivision No. 141 except
the West 135.90 feet thereof and except the
North 217.50 feet thereof
and
The North 217.50 feet of Lot 51, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 141, except the West 135.90
feet of said Lot 51.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, this 23rd day of January, 1984.
