RESOLVED, that the attached list represents the Special Assessments
to be assessed under Levy #8973-Delinquent Water Utilities Charges to be
assessed for a term of 15 mouths at 8% interest, effective October 1, 1983.
F'URTHER, that the attached roll was approved and adopted at a duly held
Council Meeting held on the 3rd day of October, 1983.
