WHEREAS, Douglas DeMalignon has applied for a
division of certain property in the City of Shorewood,
described as Lot 29, Auditor's Subdivision No. 133, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, and,
WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to donate and
dedicate to the City a public right-of-way over, under and
across the west 33 feet of said Lot 29, Auditor's Subdivision
No. 133, and,
WHEREAS, said requested division complies in all
respects with the City Zoning Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
as follows:
1. That Lot 29, Auditor's Subdivision No. 133 be
divided as follows:
Parcell: Lot 29 except the West 33 feet
thereof, and except that part thereof lying Southerly of a
line described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner
of said Lot: thence South along the West line of said lot a
distance of 170 feet to the point of beginning of the line
being described: thence deflecting left 97 degrees 30 minutes
the Southeasterly line of said Lot, and there ending,
Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-three (133),
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Parcel 2: That part of Lot 29, Auditor's
Subdivision Number One Hundred Thirty-Three (133), Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying East of the West 33 feet of said lot
and Southerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at
the Northwest corner of said Lot: thence South along the West
line of said lot a distance of 170 feet to the point of
beginning of the line being described: thence deflectinq left
97 degrees 30 minutes to the Southeasterly line of said Lot,
and there ~nding.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk furnish
applicant with a certified copy of this Resolution for filing
with the Hennepin County Recorder.
