RESOLUTION NO. 92-80
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
improvement of real estate within Phase 1 of the plat of Boulder
Bridge Farm in the City of Shorewood, which project has been
designated Project 80 WW-1, bids were received, opened and
tabulated according to law and the following bids were received
complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, the engineer has reviewed the bids for accuracy and
has made his recommendation to the council to accept the bid of
the lowest responsible bidder and it appears that E. H. Renner &
Sons, Inc., Schedule B, is the lowest responsible bidder having
submitted a bid of $95,800.00 for the well to be constructed
pursuant to the method described under Schedule B of the specifi-
cations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SHOREWOOD:
1. The Mayor and the Clerk/Administrator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into the contract, the form of wh~ch has been
attached to the bid specifications, with E. H. Renner & Sons, Inc.,
in the name of the City of Shorewood for improvement of Boulder
Bridge Farm, Phase 1, Project 80 WW-1, being for the well to be
constructed pursuant to the method described under Schedule B of
the specifications, all according to the plans and specifications
heretofore approved by this city council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposit of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall
be retaineq until a contract has been filed.
