RESOLUTION NO. 85-80

RESOLVED that a triangular parcel of land 10 feet in width along Glen
Road, as shown on the attached copy of a certificate of survey for William Pye,
in Lot 6, Auditor's Subdivision 133, (Property Identification No. 33-117-23-12-0022)
and described as follows:
That part of Lot 6, Auditor' s Subdivision Number One Htmdred
Thirty-Three (133), Hennepin COlmty, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 6 distant 1827.7
feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence North at right
angles from said South line a distance of 185.17 feet; thence South-
easterly to a point on said South line distant 10 feet East from the
point of beginning; thence West to the point of beginning,
be detached from the aforementioned parcel and added to Lot 1, Block 1, Amlee
Acres.
AOOPTED by the Cotmcil of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
the 22nd date of December, 1980.
