RESOLUTION NO. 84-80
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, does hereby approve
of the recommendation of the City Attorney to approve an
agreement by and between the City of Deephaven and the
City of Shorewood for water service, revision December 18,
1980, to accept the deed to the Amesbury well subject to a
$5,000.00 deposit as a performance bond to cover the cost
of the necessary repairs as recommended by the City
Engineer.
ADOPTED by the City Council, City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, this 22nd day of December, 1980.
