WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, reviewed an application
form for qualified senior citizens for a 33-1/3 per cent
subsidy on sewer service charges as recommended by the
Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewood,
Hennepin County, State of Minnesota hereby approves the
yearly application with an adjusted gross income of
$7,800.00 to qualify to be effective on service charges
due after July 1, 1980.
ADOPTED by the City Council, City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, this 17th day of December,
1980.
