WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County reviewed a policy on costs to be charged those
property owners requesting connection to available muni-
cipal water and said policy covers current applicants
and future applicants.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves a reso-
lution of the policy subject to addition of "plus interest
accrued from date of bond."
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, this 17th day of December, 1980.
