RESOLUTION NO. 76-80
.
WHEREAS, The City of Shorewood has in the past strongly
repommended the preservation of the right-of-way of the
Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company for trails or
some form of public use;
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Shorewood hereby endorses
the intent of the Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority
to preserve the right-of-way for public use.
ADOPTED by -a--unanimous vote of the City Counci 1 of the
City of Shorewood the 8th day of December, '9g0.
