80-070 . RESOLUTION NO. 70-80 RESOLUTION RECEIVING AMENDED FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (2-80) WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted January 7 , 1980, a feasibility report was prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of all property included within and platted as "Boulder Bridge Farm", by the construction of a deep well, pump house and appurtenances, and said report was received by the Council on July 14, 1980, and WHEREAS, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc. has prepared an amended feasibility report with reference to such improvement, and WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested that the City proceed with the proposed improvement and has filed a consent thereto and waiver of any public hearing thereon, . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota: 1. property location The Council finds and determines that all owners of the included within the plat of "Boulder Bridge Farm", the of the improvement, have petitioned for the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed, provided, however, that the improvement shall proceed in two stages with construction, first, of the deep well and, second, of the pump house and appurtenances. 3. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. We understand that the property may be assessed for all or a part of the cost of the improvement. We waive the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, which would otherwise necessitate a public hearing and notice thereof prior to the Council's ordering the improvement.
