RESOLUTION NO. 63-80
RESOLVED, that the attached list represents special assessments to
be assessed against the parcels as indicated under Levy No. 7926 -
for Diseased Tree Removal - a term of three (3) years at eight (8%)
per cent interest, effective October 1, 1980.
FURTHER, that the attached roll was approved and adopted at a duly
held council meeting, held on the 6th day of October, 1980.
CERTIFICATION
I, Sandra L. Kennelly, duly appointed deputy clerk of the
City of Shorewood, do hereby certify that the above resolution is
a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council
the 6th day of October, 1980, and is so recorded in the minutes of
said meeting.
