RESOLUTION NO. 62-80
WATER
RESOLVED, that the attached list represents the special
assessments to be assessed under Levy No. 7925 - Delinquent
Water Utilities Charges to be assessed for a term of 15 months
at 8 per cent interest, effective October 1, 1980.
FURTHER, that the attached roll was approved and adopted
at a duly held Council Meeting, held on the 6th day of October,
1980.
CERTIFICATION
I, Sandra L. Kennelly, duly appointed deputy clerk of the
City of Shorewood, do hereby certify that the above resolution
is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the City
Council the 6th day of October, 1980, and is so recorded in the
minutes of said meeting.
