RESOLUTION NO. 61-80 - SEWER
4It RESOLVED, that the attached list represents the special
assessments to be assessed under Levy No. 7924 - Delinquent Sewer
Utilities Charges to be assessed for a t.erm of 15 months at 8 per
cent interest, effective October 1, 1980.
FURTHER, that the attached roll was approved and adopted at a
duly held Council Meeting, held on the 6th day of October, 1980.
